2. Where do you ship?

We currently ship only within the United Kingdom, including mainland addresses, Northern Ireland, the Highlands, and offshore islands. We do not ship internationally.

3. What are your shipping options and delivery times?

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch (Free)
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch (order before 12 PM, excludes weekends) – £10.00
    Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times are calculated from the point of dispatch.

4. How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Customers with a Yarqo.com account can also view order status and tracking in their dashboard.

5. What happens if I miss my delivery?

If you are unavailable, the courier will leave a calling card with instructions for redelivery or collection.
Orders not collected within the courier’s holding period may be returned to us. Additional shipping fees may apply if resending is required.

6. What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?

If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date.
We will investigate with the courier and provide either a replacement (if stock is available) or a full refund.

7. Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Yes. You may return unused, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be in original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility.

8. What if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect?

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, notify us within 30 days.
Yarqo.com will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund.

9. Are there items I cannot return?

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. opened grips, socks, or apparel)
  • Clearance or final-sale items

10. How do I start a return?

Contact us at contact@yarqo.com with your order number and reason for return.
Wait for return authorization and instructions, then pack the item securely in its original packaging.

11. How long do refunds take?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing takes 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
You will be notified by email once the refund has been completed.

12. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive another product, place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund.

13. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Payments.

14. How do you handle my personal data?

We comply with UK GDPR, EU GDPR (where applicable), and the Data Protection Act 2018.
